Content Encryption
Collabspace utilizes a tenant-isolated encryption service to transparently provide encryption keys on a rotating basis, which are used to individually encrypt BLOBs.
Azure KeyVault is leveraged to encrypt customer data
All Binary Large Object (BLOB) content sent to and from Collabspace encrypted in transit using HTTPS with any modern browsers that support AES-128 or higher, such as Chrome, IE 11, Edge, and FireFox
BLOB content and associated BLOB properties for data at-rest is stored in tenant repositories are individually encrypted using a rotating tenant-isolated key system managed by Microsoft Azure KeyVault

Legal Holds
Precision Content Search
Collabspace automatically indexes all archived content and related properties so that it can be quickly and easily searched for as needed. The keyword search bar is made available on all application pages, and the Search application is made available to all users via the primary Collabspace menu. Users can quickly and easily configure the search result display columns and sort ordering as desired. By default, the search results will be presented in order of query matching relevance; however, users can choose to sort results based on one or more result properties.
Create queries and gather results against any metadata properties, document/file text content, extracted text from image-based files (from embedded OCR capability), transcribed text from media files.
Keyword Search: keyword-based searching across all content and related properties using exact, partial, and wildcard matching.
Advanced Search: construct complex search queries using ANY/ALL matching groupings, conditions and/or specific matching operators.
Version Search: toggle between searching only the most recent version of content (default) or all versions of content.

Collabspace provides a powerful Legal Hold system to ensure that content is protected and cannot be modified or used in a disposition process while on hold. Content can easily be added to a hold individually, in bulk, or automatically using advanced rules.
