While we still may not be able to meet in person for awhile, we still want you to feel connected to us. So we've created CollabCast! Once a week on Wednesdays at 10:00am Pacific Time, we'll present a new topic where you'll be able to ask questions and a receive a copy of the show.
This week will be focused on data discovery that provides more accurate outcomes for organizations and more importantly, their people.
On Wednesday May 5th at 10AM (PST), our team members Mia, Brian and Tom will be comparing and contrasting (at times, unreliable) results we get from traditional discovery processes against the use of Collabspace DISCOVERY, an enterprise search application that utilizes intelligent machine learning. Including a live demo, we’ll showcase how to ‘light up’ and reveal the dark data that commonly resides in your Network File Shares and File Systems.
In this session, we discuss:
The inefficient (and sometimes unreliable) results we get from traditional discovery processes
How modern technology can provide more accurate results in less time
An overview of Collabspace DISCOVERY, explaining how the intelligent machine learning of this enterprise search application makes dark data discoverable
Demo of Collabspace DISCOVERY in action, including:
Deeper Search Capabilities
Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
Automated Audio / Video Transcription
Entity and Keyword Extraction
Object Detection
Placing Legal Holds
… and more!
