About our Speakers

Mia Steinberg is a Records Management Analyst at Collabware. She received her Master of Archival Studies degree from UBC in 2018, where she received the Harold Naugler Prize for digital preservation research, and has presented on topics such as algorithmic bias in search engines and video game preservation.

Brian Rayburn has been a leader in the RM industry for over a decade, delivering innovative ECM solutions to both Public and Private sectors, and advising on numerous digital transformation engagements. Currently, he leads the Customer Acquisition team at Collabware, where he helps organizations work through challenges they face when trying to achieve compliant records management for structured and unstructured content.

Tom Ng brings over 20 years of experience in managing and delivering successful and measurable ECM solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft 365. He is also actively involved in the community as an ARMA Vancouver Chapter member, the president of the Vancouver Office 365 User Group, and an organizer of the SharePoint / M365 Saturday Vancouver.
