Collabware was founded in 2010 by Graham Sibley after more than a decade overseeing large Enterprise Records Management projects. The company was born out of a need to create software that would allow teams to effectively collaborate in a simple, stress-free way that is actually a joy to use (no, really). By championing user-friendly software, our goal is to achieve work-life integration and balance so both our customers and us can spend more time on activities that we love (wine tasting or snowboarding, anyone?).

We hail from beautiful Vancouver, BC, which means that we have impeccable umbrella etiquette and love the outdoors. The Pacific Northwest is our home and our headquarters so we personify the West Coast way of life. We believe in open-mindedness, teamwork and collaboration, but more fundamentally; we believe in being excited about our jobs. The reason we come to work every day is to make enterprise software less horrifying for people that rely on it. No small feat, but we love the challenge and it keeps us busy!

Customer-Led User Group
This LinkedIn group of customers gather independently each quarter and discuss industry best practices, user updates and how they can together solve common challenges. They’re also able to share their Collabware successes and network among peers.
Collabware Customer Partner Advisory Council (CPAC)
The Collabware Customer and Partner Advisory Council meet twice a year for a comprehensive review, roundtable and conference. We discuss and validate our development roadmap, discover real user-scenarios and gather insights to determine future strategy.
