We are looking for an experienced ECM Business Analyst to join our services team. As a Collabware Business Analysts, you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and have a proven track record with enterprise content management and likely records management for large organizations. You’re a great match if you have experience planning and conducting discovery workshops (both on-site and remote), preparing outcome and recommendations reports, and configuring functional components of ECM software. You will demonstrate a passion for customer success, understanding both the business and technical aspects of the requirements and work directly with customers to successfully deploy their Collabware solutions.
The successful candidate will work remotely, ideally located near Cambridge, MA or Vancouver, BC.

Provide Enterprise Content Management expertise and consulting to customers as part of Collabware software implementation project engagements
Conduct requirements discovery exercises with customers
Prepare and present conceptual solution design proposals
Design and develop information architecture and governance processes
Learn Collabware product functionality and capabilities and provide functional configuration services for implementation projects
Conduct Collabware product training sessions
Prepare clear and concise documentation
Stay informed of advances in content/information management technologies and methods
Travel within North America expected up to 1 week per month
Facilitation, creative requirements gathering and documenting complex ideas
Content management experience, preferably within Microsoft SharePoint and O365 ecosystems
Expertise in Information Architecture design, developing content organization with content types and metadata
Strong customer facing, presentation and written skills
Strong collaboration skills
Used to juggling multiple projects and multiple priorities
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Library Studies or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant working on projects related to information management or records management
Experience in Information Architecture (IA) development; and application of retention and disposition to that IA
Experience with content and data migration architecture and design
Must have hands on experience creating the functional configuration in ECM and/or records management software
