Business Development Lead - Central Region

We have a great opportunity for a passionate salesperson to work remotely in the Austin or Houston area! The ideal candidate is someone who has success executing a proven sales strategy and is exceptional at driving new sales from opportunity identification through to closure. It would be awesome if you have sales success with Microsoft SharePoint/O365 integrated solutions and/or experience in the ECM space.

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle opportunity management from lead through to closure

  • Regional lead generation and prospecting

  • Identify key business challenges and needs; and tailor Collabware solution offering accordingly

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas and performance objectives

  • Effectively plan and schedule customer/prospect appointments and follow-ups

  • Educate customers and prospects on Collabware solutions

  • Attend key industry events as a Collabware Ambassador

Key Skills

  • Passionate about creating meaningful customer connections and relationships

  • Ability to demonstrate strategic understanding of customer and prospect business needs

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a focus on metrics-supported results

  • Deadline driven, detail oriented, and self-motivated

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Technical presentation experience an asset

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise customers

  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas
