We are looking for a Senior ECM Business Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate has extensive experience planning and conducting discovery workshops (onsite and remote); preparing outcome and recommendations reports; and configuring functional components of ECM software. You must have a proven track record in enterprise content management and/or records management for large organizations. You work closely with Collabware customers to ensure the successful deployment of Collabware solutions – so a passion for customer success is a must!
The successful candidate will work remotely, ideally located near Cambridge, MA or Vancouver, BC.

Provide ECM expertise and consulting to Collabware customers during implementation projects
Conduct requirements discovery; prepare and present conceptual solution design proposals
Design and develop information architecture and governance processes
Learn Collabware product functionality and capabilities; and provide functional configuration services for implementation projects
Facilitate Collabware customer training
Prepare clear and concise documentation
Stay informed of advances in content/information management technologies and methods, and adapt to rapidly evolving industry space
Travel within North America expected up to 1 week per month
Comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops with customers to gather requirements
Skilled in documenting complex ideas
Content management experience, preferably within Microsoft SharePoint and O365 ecosystems
Expertise in information architecture design, developing content organization with content types and metadata
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Used to juggling multiple projects and multiple priorities
Experience and Qualifications
Practical experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant for records management/ECM solutions (requirements gathering and analysis; business process analysis and design; information architecture development; content and data migration architecture and design)
Experience configuring ECM and/or records management software
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related software technology field, or equivalent demonstrated work experience
