We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Full Stack Developer to join our Product Development team in our fun Downtown Vancouver office! As a Full Stack Developer, you will work collaboratively to evolve Collabware products through continuous innovation. Your focus will be developing high quality, high performance, scalable solutions. Responsibilities 

  • Develop and document extensible in-process and web APIs for internal and external use 
  • Use our Agile process to design and build features and functionality delivered on time and within scope 
  • Mentor junior members of the development team
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced and highly motivated development team 
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the development process and team culture 
  • Stay informed of advances in development techniques, technologies and methods, and adapt to rapidly evolving industry space 

Key Skills

  • Expertise in ASP.NET framework and C# 
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of ASP.NET Web API 2, OData, Unit Tests, SQL, Software Design Patterns and debugging techniques 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud computing 
  • Development experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure 
  • Experience working with Azure services including App Services, Key Vault, CosmosDB, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure Storage an asset
  • Experience in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6 development and debugging techniques
  • Working knowledge of Visual Studio, GIT, and Visual Studio Team Services
  • Working knowledge of WebPack builds an asset
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum process  
  • Creativity and great attention to details and design 
  • Self-motivated and has strong leadership skills  
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate. 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related software technology field, or demonstrated job experience equating to a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 3 years relevant work experience developing in C# .NET
